Perfect location if you are traveling to or from London via train or tube. Nicely renovated. Rooms are small but very clean. Nice coffee bar at the end of the hall. Helpful staff, especially the bellhop.

The restaurant Rails has a great breakfast and is fast. Hotel is well located with walks to restaurants and train station. A little loud, and rooms are small. I don’t think there is a gym.

Can't get any closer to Kings Cross station! Staff was super friendly, rooms clean and well appointed. A pantry in the hall for coffee, tea, snacks, and one in the room as well. Included breakfast was great! Great experience. Will go back

Everything was really good at this hotel and great value. We had a 5th floor room so in the eves but it was surprisingly spacious and really quiet. Breakfast was à la carte and very good A small pet hate: why so stingy on milks for the in room tea and coffee??

Excellent location if arriving by train at Kings Cross but also very quiet inside the hotel. The rooms and furnishings are beautiful and the breakfast room is a delight as was the food itself. The hotel does have an unusual layout though, some of the side lounges look lovely but aren’t very accessible, I’d have liked to see drinks served in those areas from the posh cocktail bar but it didn’t seem to be open: maybe you can but nobody told us? Misses a grand / central lobby. We didn’t use the downstairs bar as it seemed more for travellers coming in out from the station.
