Large house for 8 people located in the center of the historic and tourist neighborhood of Granada (the Albaicín located in front of the Alhambra). It consists of a living room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private terrace. It has parking 3 minutes away, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Bed linen and towels included. All rooms are exterior. Ideal to enjoy the magical area of ​​the city, the city center is a 10-minute walk away, easy connection by bus.

It is a recently renovated and very well equipped house. It has a terrace with wonderful views. It consists of 6 single beds and 1 King size bed.

The house is totally private for guests. The parking is public, guarded and located about 3 minutes walk away.

I remain available to guests throughout their stay for any questions or incidents.

The house is located in Plaza Larga, the center of the historic Albaicín neighborhood, around there are shops, tapas bars, restaurants, flamenco tablaos, etc. There are also numerous points of tourist interest such as the Mirador de San Nicolás (2 minutes walk).

Granada in general is a city to visit on foot or by public transport. From the house it is easy to get to any point of interest.

Family Christmas in Grenada

Perfect home in Albacin plus Parking!!

We stayed in a bunch of cities throughout Andalucia and this was the only one that included parking...which was so convenient!! This home is located in Albacin which is the older area of Granada and the neighborhood has so much character and streets to explore. You can walk (about 30min) to The Alhambra or take a bus. Lovey stay

Very nice apartment, nice location in the old town and close to the masjid which was a big plus. It has obviously been very well thought out and has everything one would need in self catering accommodation. Lovely roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine.

A treasure in the Albaicin!!

We loved our stay in this property!! Samar was an excellent host, very responsive and even recommended an excellent and kind taxi driver for us! The location is perfect — about 4-10 minutes from the mirador (lookout points) to view the Alhambra and about a 10 minute walk to the center of the city. We felt safe and were able to soak up what it might feel like to live there. The shaded balcony is a spectacular view over the city and we loved sitting up there and looking out, particularly at sunset! We could not have enjoyed our stay more!!

The Best

One of the best places we stayed in our 6 week journey. In the heart of everything with wonderful windows and balconies to watch the life go by. Many extra special things like little breakfast muffins and guides to great places around town. Drop the owner’s name and you’ll get discounts. Lovely space with comfy beds.

This apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Granada. Tour groups thronged by below and would have envied our quiet location above if they had known about it. Parking worked out well. We were especially happy for the weekend produce market where we bought beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables. The host checked on us and we were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a special place to soak in the sun and views all around.

Best Location in the Albayzin!!!

This apartment is small but had everything my family of 5 needed for a very comfortable stay. It has been updated with modern amenities and the functioning AC was a welcome relief during record breaking heat. The location was the best! It is right in the heart of the Albayzin which was perfect for an elderly parent and 8yr daughter. Restaurants and markets are conveniently located right outside the apartment. Plaza St Nicolas is a short walk away and has the best view of Alhambra. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We loved our stay here and wished we had stayed longer!

Perfekte Wohnung in perfekter Lsge

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Sie bietet alles was man für ein Aufenthalt in Granada braucht. Das beste jedoch aber ist die Lage. Man ist direkt im Albaicin. Gemütliche Tapas Bars, Restaurants, kleine Kunsthandwerk Geschäfte. Alles ist sofort erreichbar, Zum Mirador San Nicholas sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Granada hat ein sehr gut funktionierendes System von Mini Bussen. Praktisch überall Haltestellen und die Buspreise sind sehr moderat. Es lohnt sich also das Auto am vorgeschlagenen Parkplatz übrigens kostenlos abzustellen! Wir haben auch den Aufenthalt auf der Dachterrasse Abend sehr genossen. Alles in allem eine perfekte Wahl für ein paar Tage in Granada

Perfect location for visiting Granada and the Alhambra

Located within the the old moorish Albaicin area with fantastic views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. It’s hilly so bring your walking shoes. The flat is above a super market and entered via a key code supplied by the owner prior to your visit. The entrance is in the alleyway leading to a plaza. Parking is just a few minutes walk away and supplied by the owner. Don’t try and drive to the property, the streets are very narrow and covered in pebbles. The flat has a shared rooftop terrace that is ideal for chilling - but it was too cold to use on our visit. The flat is well supplied for everything self catering. Shops and eateries are on your doorstep with plenty of suggestions by the owners. Maps are supplied but be warned they are difficult to follow until you go exploring. Prices are low in this district compared to downtown Granada. We walked down beautiful narrow streets to the busy centre, with glimpses of the Alhambra and snow capped mountains behind. A guided tour of the Alhambra is a must, but book well in advance. Our walk from the flat to our meeting point took approx 35mins. It’s hilly, but iyou should try the local buses. We caught the C34 bus from downtown, travelling up through the gipsy caves in Sacromonte, being dropped off close to our flat. Try the cheese cake from the local bakery and the flamenco dancing at Jardine’s, again close to the flat. We only had sangria but the food looked good, albeit a little more expensive than local eateries. Lots of expensive looking shops downtown, and we’d suggest a visit to the cathedral and resting place of Ferdinand and Isabella. A complete contrast to the cathedral itself. Overall the flat was perfect for our short visit. Thanks Samar we loved our stay.

Alojamiento perfecto para una estancia ideal

El apartamento está situado idealmente. El balcón da a una plaza a animada pero bien aislado, el ruido no molesta. Bares y comercios a proximidad. Autubus a 5min. Alhambra a 25 minutos a pie. No os perdáis las vistas desde el mirador de San Miguel, a 15 minutos a pie. Tras 4 días no hemos encontrado ningún inconveniente.

On a local plaza above a grocery store. In the col Albaicin neighborhood. bonus: came with parking! Close to the Alhambra (sorry but you will have to walk downhill to the town center and then uphill to the Alhambra) Place worked very well for my wife and I. note: no dishwasher and no washing machine - but it was great for us!
