"Great location on edge of Gothic area. We loved the rooftop bar and plunge pool. The room was spacious, ceilings were very high and the large window opened to a view below of busy street. The windows was well insulated and we didn’t hear any sound at night. One problem with the high ceilings was that the curtains were very difficult to open or close. "I’d really like to give this place 5 stars but it’s just not quite there. It’s clean. It’s newly remodeled. And the location is outstanding (just off mid-Las Ramblas). Howvever, the lack of 24 hour desk agent is a real setback. Check-in is 2:00 and not a minute before. There are free lockers available though to store your bags if your early. Wish I knew that going in. "

"We loved this hotel but for having to go up 1 flight of stairs to outside then up another flight of stairs and down one more was just ridiculous, especially with 2 heavy cases, there was no one to help and the nice lady on front desk seemed to work 24/.7 This was supposed to be an upgrade to delux., ive syayed in many hotels far superior and for less."
