Ok here is the thing, I think it was a great stay for the price and location, my only complaint is the thin walls and noise of the street. We walked all over and there are tons of great places around every corner. However, it is loud. Like really, you hear the outside more than the inside. So people leaving the bar at 2 AM. I am not a party all night person so the nighttime noise was tough to get some good sleep with so please be aware.

I had a great stay at Hostal Levante. The location is perfect—right in the Gothic Quarter, close to everything but still quiet enough to rest comfortably. The host was very helpful and made the check-in process smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after long days exploring Barcelona. Overall, an excellent experience. Stayed for 3 nights — very close to the city centre, only about a 5–6 minute walk to Metro L3. The room was clean and reasonably priced. The only downside might be that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, but it’s not an issue for me.
