「Very dirty. Sheets didn’t seem clean. Bathroom was filthy as well. Not sure where the positive ratings came from, but they were mistaken. 」

「The room was clean, and the AC/heat worked. The shower had plenty of hot water & pressure, but the tub and sink did not drain well. Bathroom needs a do-over. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster had no return tray or mechanism, so the toast fell on the counter at the back. No eggs, no tea, food stale, sausage gray from days before.」

「Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, room and grounds were immaculate, parking was convenient, atmosphere was consistently positive. Breakfast was a 7 out of 10, and neither of us found the bed very comfortable, but we still consider it a great stay and will visit again. The good far outweighs the not-so-good.」

「Parking was well lit, close and ample. Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable. While the hotel proper held beautiful elements of it's almost 200 year history, the rooms themselves were basic Hampton Inn variety. It didn't bother us in the least. Breakfast was about what one would expect from a Hampton Inn. I found the choice for kielbasa sausage as a meat option, versus bacon and breakfast sausage, a little odd for breakfast, but it was good. I wish they'd had grits or biscuits...
