Heraklion

「The staff were very helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and recently renovated. However, the room we received did not match the photos of the room we had booked. There was no sofa in the living room, but instead only two extremely uncomfortable black chairs. In addition, there was a wall under construction directly in front of all the windows, making it impossible to enjoy natural daylight and, unfortunately, there was no view from the balcony as shown in the hotel’s photos. 「It is a beautiful and quiet place in a wonderful Landscape, with a good distance to mass tourism. Our friendly hosts supported us whenever needed. The rooms and Terrasses are large and well equipped. The large breakfast is different every day and lovely tasty. The Village Drosia is nearby and several Tavernas offer excellent food for low prices. All in all a wonderful place to be if you don't expect luxury facilities. 😊」
