「Sink was full of hairs」

「Has always had new televisions, but they never work. Furniture is worn out. Seat st dining table are completely worn out. No microwave. Small refrigerator sits directly on floor.」

「The king sized bed was very comfortable. The desk was very small and there was only one chair to sit on so could not dine very well in the room. The towels were thicker than some towels we have used at hotels, but they were small. There was plenty of lighting, but much of it was on timers so they would go off at inconvenient times. 「This Springhill suites was not up to our expectations based on our experiences with other Springhill suites in the past. The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs.」

「Stayed for a few days over the weekend. The pool area is well maintained busy with guests. Nights swims are nice. The room was nice, 2 queen beds, a fridge, and microwave. Breakfast is always nice. They usually have waffles, eggs, bagels, fruit, coffee, and juices. Would stay again.」
