Bathroom sink and tub were scummy and cleaning the room daily fail cleanliness... refrigerator and microwave need to be cleaned and sanitizing... maintenance is very much needed for improvements. Parking lot needs to be well maintained. The whole place has to have a whole makeover. 」

「My Place is a brand new smallish hotel in Mesa/Phoenix. As a result it was spotless, fresh, clean and excellent for the kind of hotel it is. It is the very definition of functional. There are basically no amenities, which is what I was expecting. There is a guest laundry. The room was very plain, which made no difference to me. It has a basic small kitchenette with an in counter cook too and a full-size refrigerator. It’s really designed as a somewhat extended near-residence kind of lodging....
