It's a great house which contains any number of places to eat, inside and outside. One family room has a ping pong table and drum sets, some guitars and a piano. Our two 6-year-old boys and one 9-year old girl "serenaded" us adults each morning at about 9. (Wish I could say their performance improved when we were there.) Spectacular views of the valley and the mountains rising from it. Ample deck space to enjoy the views. AMPLE bedrooms and bathrooms on different levels. The rooster? I was crowing about how beautiful the view was, with the dew still sparking on the tree leaves, and to my surprise and delight, a rooster, maybe 1/4 mile away, somewhere far below us and up-river, responded. I made another noise and he repeated his. One of the boys had an ongoing "conversation" with him. Altogether, the house was perfect for us. Kitchen very well appointed. There was so much room--ample room for everyone of us to be alone if we'd wanted to. Oh: forgot to mention there's a craft room which occupied the kids quite a lot. Multiple tv sets. A wonderful time hiking, swimming at Glenwood and going on terrifying rides at the amusement park atop one of the mountains. No photos to attach because I lost my wallet and my iPhone at the start of our trip from Washington DC. I had to rely on the other adults for every single purchase I made. And no photos from my camera, but the images are there firmly in my memory. Jonna Semeiks, East coast now, raised in Colorado. A fabulous time there!
