Staff was engaging and present at front desk. disappointed in the cleaning staff-found food particles on sofa behind pillow, 2 of 3 bottles low or empty in bathroom-even after "thorough cleaning" mid week, same breakfast all week, put out too much food product all at once that sat for too long and became overly dry, milk not chilled properly」

「Booked a first time stay at this inn and found it to be clean. Will not book again because of the parking charge. 」

「Nice hotel, but pricey for the size of the rooms. Walls are very thin and it’s weird that you can’t adjust a thermostat past 65° in the room. Would book again in winter and if there was a discount available. Staff was great though! From car service, front desk and bar staff… five stars for the people!」

「A little disappointed, but it wasn't horrible. Our room had two broken tiles, one that was fully taped off with blue tape. The shower curtain needed replaced. Check-in took forever and it made me nervous when they took my credit card and driver license behind the wall. When I took our towels down to the desk to trade out for new ones on the second day, I was told they didn't have a lot and we needed to use them conservatively?!?! Positives include delicious waffles at breakfast and the slide at...

「We were in KC to celebrate our granddaughter Raegan’s graduation from Accelus Academy and her 16th birthday. Kayla Lathrop offered us the use of the meeting room, so we were able to decorate and have a party for Raegan. Kayla was great! All the staff were helpful and friendly during our stay. Thank you Kayla and staff for helping us make lasting memories for Raegan and our family!!」
