「チェックアウト後、ホテル側の決済処理に問題が発生し、 3部屋分の宿泊料金が現在も未払いのままになっています。 正しいクレジットカード情報を提供しているにもかかわらず、 ホテル側からの案内不足や対応の遅れが続いており、 こちらでは解決できない状況が続いています。 滞在自体の問題ではなく、決済対応の不備により 現在も大きな負担が生じています。」

「ペンギンパレードを見る為宿泊しました。ペンギンパレードの場所までは車で45分くらいの場所です。海が見えロケーションは良いです。子供の遊ぶスペースやプールなどありとても良かったです。」

「Stayed at Carrajung Estate while working for a few days in the area. Very pleasant country-style accommodation in a secluded location. Hosts were super helpful throughout the booking process and were very flexible with check-in arrangements. The cottage itself was nice and tidy, although it did feel a little run down, especially for the price. 」

「Room was clean and well appointed, with contemporary decor and luxurious toiletries. We enjoyed the covered deck and rain showerhead and pleasant garden view. Breakfast provisions were very good. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like providing wood and matches for the fire pit, and barbecue utensils with facility to wash up after cooking on the communal bbqs. Easy location to walk to Buchan Caves and the Buchan Caves Hotel.」

「Anne Marie was so helpful. The home is so cosy and fortunately for us, the weather was cool and we enjoyed the fire. It feels like you're away from the rat race, but still close enough to Cowes for restaurants, plus the penguins etc.A short walk through a beautiful tree lined tracks which takes you directly to the stunning red rocks beach.Everything was clean. I highly recommend this getaway.」
