「宿のスタッフはみんなとても親切です。 トイレの流れが少し悪かったけど、すぐに対応してくれました。スタッフ間の情報連携もパーフェクトです。 途中でパンクして、スペアタイヤで到着しましたが、車のサービス店を訪ねたら、どのタイヤサイズか確認した上でお店に連絡をしてくれて、これから行くと伝えてくれました。 Skytrek内の4WDツアーに参加しました。全ての場所がとてもきれいで、4WDでしか体験できないラフな道を楽しみました。」

「Incredible stay at Basalt Retreat! We enjoyed a cozy and luxurious evening the beautiful vineyard, made even more lovely by the complimentary bottle of prosecco and warm hot cocoa. The space itself is gorgeous and so well appointed—from the fascinating books to the gorgeously-scented bath products. Breakfast was delicious: an exquisite croissant loaf with butter and fig jam, plus yogurt and muesli, all made by local purveyors. If you have time, make sure to get lunch at the lovely restaurant....
