"Basic and clean caravan cabin. Amenities at the accommodation were average and pool was disappointing. Great location, short walking distance to shops."

"Nice location, being close to Ventnor beach which over the long weekend it was quiet to walk along. The pictures online don’t really show an accurate picture of what the house looks like now. Things looked a bit older and the back yard, whilst dog friendly had lots of dead trees, that could have been maintained. Some of the windows where really hard to open or wouldn’t open, which I didn’t want to try too hard incase I broke it, and the fly screens where quite dirty and had lots of holes in them. Annie was really lovely to talk to. I loved that there was no limit on dogs or their sizes, and I was able to arrive and leave at anytime that suited me which I liked. Other places I’ve stayed at have a 2pm check in and need to leave by 10am. The free wifi was a great addition too. Overall a nice stay but if you are looking at the photos, just know that the house looks older."

"Perfect accommodation for my track day at Phillip Island. Only a 10min drive from the track and an easy 5 minute walk into town for dinner. I had my bike parked right out the front of my room which made packing, unpacking and bike prep a breeze. The staff were absolutely lovely! Couldn’t be happier with my stay. "

"From the time we entered the house it was evident that it had not been cleaned to any standards. The Grass at the front of the house were long and not had any care for some time and the side and rear yard were the same. Kitchen area benches were not clean as were the shower and toilet areas. Toilet seats apart from one were all loose or broken. The welcome gift, what a joke this was, an empty bag and a pack of playing cards on the table wow thanks very much. We were going to have a family bbq and checked the condition of this. It was discussting, and in the cupboard under it where you would expect the cleaning supplies to be was discussting, with several rags that had had multiple uses and just left there. We went and purchesed our own cleaning supplies. The 5th bedroom upstairs, what a joke, a double bunk in a passage with a big window and no blind. There was no washing powder or liquid soap for the washing machine and all the cleaning tools ie vacume cleaner, brooms, mop etc were all laying on the floor in laundry. Not to mention the big black mould spot on the laundry cealing. I wont keep going although i have plenty more to say. I have several pictures of all mentioned items and others. In all what a pity that there is no pride taken in what could be a remarkable family retreat. Note: cleaners wont have a lot to do for next guests, we left facility cleaner than we found it. Very disappointing with entire stay. Put a bad taste in our family time together. Ray"

"We had a ground room with no kitchen or balcony. It was a bit noisy with people outside an stomping on the floor above. Bed was comfortable. 👍 Ps it would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option for a hot drink but there was only tea and instant coffee."
