「The room was quiet, clean and functional, and the resort has good restaurants across town and free entertainment which were a good surprise (puzzles and board games, yoga classes, Sip and Paint events, movie night, kayaks and paddle boards etc.). Check-in and check-out were very easy. Definitely on my return list. Meredith is small but charming and the lake absolutely beautiful. 」

「The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately they are associated with Expedia and Expedia will cost them business and credibility. Expedia will never see a dime of our business in the future. It is our understanding that we were not the first victims of Expedia's heartless ways. I am 74 and do fairly extensive traveling, this is my first encounter with such money grubbers. The hotel was very accommodating but said their hands were tied.
