「The entire hotel has been neglected and running at minimal cost. The pool was closed with no intention of opening during our three night stay. Ice machines broken and coffee machine. Breakfast was minimal with no bagels, fruit, even bowls for cereals. The elevators inspection date was overdue almost one year. 「Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. 」

「When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly...

「Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. 」
