Sutton is a beautiful property and very cozy. The host is very sweet and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. Each morning muffins and fruit were available. Plenty of dining and lounging areas. They also have a pool. They also provide many board and card games as well. We hope to return soon.

A beautiful B&B with a view

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in the company of a long lost friend! Everything about this place was wonderful. The antiques, the wonderful breakfast. The owner was amazing and we cannot wait to return.

Sutton House is an old Mansion and decorated in that fashion. There is an accessible ramp and an accessible room. It is centrally located near Squam Lake and Lake Winnipesaukee and many outdoor activies. We were warmly greeted and shown our room. Staff is friendly and there is always coffee, tea, and cookies as well as great breakfasts. We had a room in the back of the house and we did not hear traffic. The house itself was so quiet and the curtains can be pulled to make it dark. There is a pool to use for hot days, it is not heated so refreshing. We would go back in a heart beat.

Great location in the quiet town of Center Harbor on Lake Winnipesaukee. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. Close to some great dining, great getaway for the weekend. We will certainly return.
