The whole experience was great, the staff were so welcoming (shoutout to Happy who was our MVP), clean and beautiful room, amazing breakfast. Highly recommend the Jeep tour, which Happy booked for us with discount! 10/10

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel
The hotel description is misleading. There is NO onsite breakfast facilities. Breakfast is down the road, outside the hotel!! When we arrived, the only lift in the hotel was "out of service".
