Know before you book

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the travel date selected at check-out
  • Tour runs daily. First Tour at 09:15am, Last Tour at 5:15pm, Frequency every 60 minutes. Full Loop takes 60 minutes.
  • Contactless mobile redemption at all stops. Both mobile vouchers and paper tickets are accepted
  • Audio guide languages- English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese
  • Stop 2 is not available Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday
  • Bus stops all over the city allowing you to get the very best out of your visit to Hanoi. Create your own itinerary and hop-on and hop-off as much as you wish!
  • Please note, the tour will not operate on 27th, 29th, 30th & 31st August, and 1st & 2nd September due to street closures and parades ahead of its 80th Independence Day. Normal operations will resume on Wednesday 3rd September
