"Room was clean and the property was walking distance to Pier 39. The AC wasn’t as cold as we wanted it to be."

"Staff was great. Very kind and professional. Room was clean. I don't think putting the coffee maker in the bathroom is a good idea. Bathroom is smaller than most hotels I've stayed in and the drain needs maintenance. There was standing water in the shower while in use. Breakfast sausage was steamed, or microwaved, not browned and the eggs had condensation in them from the steam table."

"The room was clean. The shower pressure is very low, and the sink looked like it had a big crack. Overall, it was a great room. It did lack the usual stuff you see in other hotels, like a coffee maker. Overall, we stay here a lot because of its convenience. It is a big property with very convenient parking in the garage below. You can walk around the area and run into so many great sights."

This is where I proposed, so it holds a special place in our hearts. That set the stage for the rest of the stay, and it, too, was wonderful. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our special day even more special!"
