Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and smelled clean. I was apalled to find that the vanity kit in the restroom had dirty used qtips inside. Room was cozy but uncomfortably hot. We had to have someone come take a look at the ac system but after that it was comfortable. The hotel was so beautiful and we would have loved to explore it more but we ran into lots of drunk, rude, condescending guests that were there for a company christmas party. But aside from that, room service was excellent and went above and beyond and the restaurants were amazing and had a great selection. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Valet parking is way too expensive for the hotel not to have public options to warm up personal food.

Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things...

The room was clean and the staff was excellent.For my taste, the lighting was poor and the shower partition was not wide enough, allowing water to splatter onto the bathroom floor.
