「Good area and easily accessible property.」

「Excellent. Everything I needed for a weeklong work trip when I was not going out to any restaurants and needed to be able to cook all my own food. The bed is not the comfiest but it was fine. WiFi connection was excellent. It was clean as well. The host is extremely responsive. 」

「I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call...

「Miscommunication between the property manager or owner and the entry device coder resulted in our not being able to get into the unit at check in time. They remedied the problem within 20 minutes but it was not a good start to our stay.」

「I've stayed at 802 W Main twice, and I enjoyed my stay both times. The place is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The location is great because it is in walking distance from the bus and the train.The only thing I didn't like was the shower mat in the bathtub, which is like a carpet that never fully dries. I just moved it to the side so I didn't have to touch it.After several other sub-par VRBO experiences in Houston, this place is my go-to for my monthly work...

「The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would have appreciated more instructions on how each access point was entered. There is an app to allow access. Sometimes you scan a QR code- which was not obvious the first time I used the door- sometimes you hit the picture of the door on the app. It was anxiety provoking to have access only through your phone. Convenient, but makes you extra anxious about not forgetting your phone. Also wish the kitchen had a bit more supplies. A couple of...
