"My family and I enjoyed our stay here so much!! We loved both the indoor and outdoor water areas and the area, too! The rooms were clean and comfortable, too! We cant wait to stay here again!"

"The parking lot is excruciatingly small. But the staff is great! Normal hotel things. Nothing fancy, just a place for business people to stay whilst in town for work. Or families for a vacation to the area."

"Location was great. 1320 feet or less from the Great Smokey Mnt Parkway. Plenty of Parking. Nice breakfast area. They have a tribute to all Armed forces in the lobby. 24 hour pool and hot tub, popcorn and movies. a negative for me Pet friendly, which caused a slight allergy issue, but overall the room was clean and quiet."

"This was a peaceful retreat from all the hustle and bustle of downtown and the views from the balcony were great . You are overlooking one of the biggest mountains there. Also I loved that they had young gentlemen playing piano on Saturday morning! It really filled hotel with so much joy . You could have breakfast downstairs with live music. He was excellent ! Also room service if you dont want to fight for any reservations anywhere else. This place is a gem. Highly recommend!"

"I loved the property it was beautiful by the river, breakfast s was good Employe were helpful and nice. The pool is beautiful inside right on the middle of the hotel. The only thing was the parking, they were a lot of car without the hotel card and it was difficult to get parking,"
