"We absolutely love this hotel! Such a warm and happy place. The lobby/atrium with glass elevators is beautiful, and they have piano music playing. We love the indoor pool with water slide, hot tub, and huge windows with a great view. Breakfast buffet is great as well. Can’t wait to come back!"
Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge Riverside

"Over all we had a great stay here. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub due to so many people there and it’s just not quite big enough to accommodate all the visitors. Breakfast was good, nothing special. Beds were super comfortable! Our room had decent water pressure and the water was hot! We loved the mini river walk behind the hotel that also had a fire pit next to the river. The only complaint from me is there was mold spots around the tub and the entire sink bowl was cracked and chipped and needs to be replaced. We would stay here again and would recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable place within walking distance to everything, including a trolley stop right out front."

"The only problem we had was the bathtub wouldn't stop up for me to give my 6 year old granddaughter a bath. Also on our last day the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor."

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is decent. They also provide free coffee in the lobby, which is nice. My only problem is the hotel room has some strong odor, and smells a little bad."
