"Room was clean, bed was nice and comfy and overall a better experience then I had at both the Hilton in Florida and Marriott in Cleveland this year we’ve been to and definitely will be back the next time we come down here. The waterpark was a great addition and from our 7th floor room we had a great view of the smokies. Highly recommend"
