The price is fairly little bit high but it’s worth. Premium Korean and Western breakfast buffet. Fascinated interior design. High end equipment in room. Helpful, patient and good communication in English staffs. Zero complaint. Strongly recommended."

Lobby, front staff- awful inconsistent treating guests NaraMoon&RaOn having eyecontact failure issue(worst manner at front)-at checkin., inconvenient Room ever- wobbly watertap unit, no hot water in the morning, once faucet turning to hotwater side then water flow as dripping, shower head unit keep sliding down, no space for my toiletries on basin area- such an old-fashioned room, etc. Such a shame on sheraton. This fourpoints is worst ever amongst fourpoints in Asia. Better go to Lotte or shilla nearby at the same price."
