The balconies were fantastic and had tons of provided seating. Inside was really comfortable and provided plenty of space for gathering. The elevator made luggage and supplies simple to get upstairs. The water upstairs (3rd floor bathroom) did not work. The lock at the front door was difficult. I would suggest that be replaced. I alerted the owner and he was very responsive.
