"The house was amazing! Great view of the beach! Open concept living/dining had lots of seating for our large family. The beds were comfy. Two and a half baths was a big plus. They provided lots of essentials to enjoy at the beach (chairs, grill, toys,etc.). The restroom downstairs and big parking space was great.The only downfall was the rude and unprofessional lady who kept texting and callin me regarding the rental. The reason I go through Verbo is so I won't have to deal with property managers. This lady was just so rude! "

"Great walk to the beach! It's far enough from the downtown/touristy area that the beach isn't crowded, but it's a quick drive to get dinner out. "

"Beautiful home, very well stocked (thank you!). Very clean! Perfect location to the beach. Very comfortable. Will place on our list of favorites! Only mention would be that we thought there would be coffee with the coffee bar. Everything thing else was great! "

"Million Dollar location and view. Inside cozy, well stocked and great appliances. Being on non-driving part of beach felt like private beach 75% of the time. A coat of paint on outside/deck and it should be the #1 rental in the neighborhood. Sunrise awesome. Late night seeing many ships lined up in the distance to get to the port was amazing. Again, views were amazing!Would 100% enjoy this location again."

"Excellent location, the immediate beach area is off limits to vehicles, which keeps it quiet and very nice. We had some timing issues so did have to contact the host, who responded very quickly. 100% as advertised, great unobstructed ocean view with a great porch to see it from. There was nothing we needed that wasn't available to us, including some beach necessities. Perfect distance to shopping and food without being downtown, which was fairly busy. Everyone we did business with was super friendly and helpful in town. We rode horses on the beach, bought and flew a kite, rode the ferry to Port Bolivar (and saw dolphins!), and ate at some great places.Recommend: Katie's Seafood in the wharf, Starboard Side Cafe - a food truck that has amazing breakfast, Landry's Seafood, and Kites Unlimited.Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area."
