"The place itself was one of the nicest places i have ever seen. Beautiful home. Nice pool table and ping pong table. We had a Christmas gathering and the entire family was floored by how beautiful it was. The owners even decorated the living room and entrance with Christmas trees and decorations which was a nice touch.When i say do not underestimate the mosquitos, i mean serious business. Do not forget the mosquito spray. The heated pool was not heated when we arrived. But the owners called a maintenance man out on Christmas eve to fix it. Very generous of them. He didn't fix it, we had to later but that was no fault of the owners or beachbox. Once the pool heated up the next day it was awesome. The hot tub is for looks only. The jets are not an offered amenity is what i was told. Overall we will definitely be trying to stay here in the future and had a great experience "

"We come to Galveston every summer, once sometimes twice. This trip was by far the best! Our family of 7 loved this house. Perfect walk to the beach, plenty of room for everyone, cozy and clean! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a nice stay Once Upon a Tide! "
