Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo. I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. Extremely comfortable stay at onyado nono bettei. The hotel annex just opened in January of 2024 and is very clean and inviting. The service is exemplary and location is prime. Great hotel that’s a short walk to the heart of Shinjuku and all it has to offer during the day and night! Still a quiet room though. Room was on the smaller side but you’re hardly in it anyway since you’re exploring Tokyo!

Love this place and we will stay here again in the future. Room was amazing for three people with 3 single beds, fresh linen-and robe daily. Free breakfast with delicious pastries included. And oh, I missed the caffucino latte served as much as you want from Am till 10:00 pm. Our experience was great!

As many reviewers mentioned, this hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the closest metro stop (Marunouchi Line - M10 (Shinjuku Gyoemmae)).
