"I know we were there during a tremendous heat wave but the a/c in our room didn’t work well and our room was facing the sunny side of the hotel so we baked in a dark room. Other than that the location was great across from the Shinigawa station. Breakfast was good. Very lively, international crowd at this hotel with lots to do for kiddos. Has a pool, aquarium and dolphin show on site."

"The room was clean even if the it looks old that just got upgraded in some details. The airconditing system wasn't as cold though. I still sweat even after shower. I like the Lil short table and chairs and the cotton Japanese print robe that came with my room. It makes me experience the Japanese tradition somehow. I like the shuttle that serviced us. The driver and the crew were polite and helpful. I like my over-all experience in Japan that its customer-service oriented and the people in general were helpful without expecting a tip in return. Thank you."

"The 32nd floor rooms and lounge are the reason to book this hotel. The lounge is lovely with views of Tokyo tower. The rooms are spacious and beautiful on the 32nd floor with views of the whole city. The breakfast was varied and lovely in the lounge. We truly felt spoiled. Any issue we came across was resolved. It was a very hot summer so our room was a bit hotter than we would have liked. The entire staff went above and beyond to resolve the problem. On the second night they moved/upgraded our room for the inconvenience and we had a lovely last sleep in Japan. Fujikake was an amazing manager. 0n our last day, we got sweaty walking around Tokyo and had already checked out. Since the kids cannot enter the spa to shower we didn't know what to do. She opened a room for an hour so we could all shower before going to the airport. We could not be more grateful for the incredible service and attention."
