「This house was a great place for me and my son to stay during our recent trip to Japan. We mainly used the house just for sleeping as we were out the door each morning by 8 to start our adventures and didn't return until later in the evening. House has everything you'd need for cooking and overall living but these were things that we didn't use. 「We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area 」

「寝るには不自由ないのですが電子レンジは使用できても全く温まらないし、風呂はサイト画像で見るよりも古くてめちゃくちゃ汚い。 お値打ちではありますが清潔感はありません。 勉強になりましたがもう２度も使用する事はないですね。 」

「If you’re with friends I would recommend for a group of 4. We had 6 people and 3 slept on a futon. The place was clean but some areas had film on the walls. About a 14 minute walk to nearest station.」

They answered 100 questions for us and went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was amazing! The property is super cute and two bathrooms were a life saver traveling with my husband and teenage son lol We would definitely stay again :) 」
