"It’s super convenient located in the new building connected to terminal 3. Very clean and the onsen was nice and unique with the view of airplanes. Breakfast buffet was very nice"

"The pool was only available if a daily fee of 1650 yen was paid. I've never experienced this in all of my travels. It was very disappointing since I stayed at this hotel (near the airport) for the last 7 days of a 30-day trip through Asia to relax and primarily use the pool and spa. This needs to be noted in the information regarding this property so other travelers are informed of this."

"The room was clean, the hotel was conveniently located (an amusement park right outside, several restaurants on site, Starbucks, 7-Eleven and a main train station within a 3 min walk. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is the hotel itself (while well maintained) is older (carpeted flooring and curtains on the shower)."
