「少し草臥れた感じのコンドミニアムですが、さすがに広さは充分でゆっくりくつろげると思います。冬のカンファレンス参加者にとっては、雪の中をかろうじて歩ける範囲。（徒歩30分強）地図で見るよりもだいぶ時間がかかりますのでそのつもりで。（地図上の位置はチェックインする場所で、実際のコンドミニアムはそこからさらに南西に20分くらい歩いたエリアにあります。）　道路沿いではなく、シーズンズの中を突っ切ると30分ほどで歩けます。冬場は非常に寒いし路面が凍りますので足下に気をつけて。買い物、レストラン等は一切周辺にありません。もう少し予算があれば、会場近くのホテルをおすすめしますが、かろうじてなんとかなるエリアだと思います。」

「We specifically picked this condo for it's walkable distance to downtown Breck and pool/hot tub amenities..all of which were great. The condo was VERY clean and stocked so well with paper and cleaning supplies and the welcome bag with coffee and great snacks allowed us to put of a grocery store run that first night --loved that touch! 「Beautiful place! This is our 2nd time staying at the resort. We stayed at the 3bedroom, 3 bath townhouse for our annual family ski trip. We love that it’s only 10 minutes into town with a pretty scenic drive. It’s dog friendly and affordable! The staff was professional and welcoming to us. 」

「I don't even remember how many we decided could sleep in this unit but it's a TON. We only had 4 in our group but location was excellent to pop over to A Basin and having elevator made 3rd floor a non issue. Plenty of towels, pillows, bedding. Only suggestion would be some smaller cooking pans. There were plenty of pans, but they were are huge.」

「Nice condo for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the snowflake lift (5-min walk up 4 O’clock Rd), close to several bus stops, and a 5-minute walk from downtown. Our only complaint is there were approximately 17 thermostats in the unit, and none of the seemed to control anything. We’d definitely stay here again.」
