The neighborhood was quiet and had everything within walking distance and there was even a designated parking spot. The owner was very quick to respond to all communication and we will certainly stay here again!」

「Nicely appointed furnishings, well equipped kitchen including snack and light breakfast fixings which was very helpful. The theatre area was an unexpected surprise. Only downside perhaps was one small bath. Lighted pathway to the front door was a necessary ingredient.」

「I stayed here because it was just a few blocks away from the Colorado State University campus. This basement apartment has everything I needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though. We will be going back for sure.」

「A great launching pad to all of your (1-2 person) adventures in downtown Fort Collins and beyond! Very walkable and beautiful neighborhood just on the edge of great dining and entertainment options. Seamless check in process and communicative host. Only thing of note is late risers may not like this property as much as I found it got quite a lot of natural light in the morning, even with the shades drawn. This was fine for me personally, just know some people like it to be dark.」
