"バスタブ付き、クイーンサイズのベッドで予約しました。予約の希望通りの部屋にはならない可能性があるのは理解していましたが、バスタブはなく、ベッドはダブルベッドとソファーベッドでした。スプリングを直に背中に感じるほど硬いベッドで寝心地は非常に悪く、外気温は車の温度計で42度をさす中でエアコンも効きませんでした。他の部屋の人もフロントで扇風機を借りているのを見かけたくらい暑く、夜は全く眠れませんでした。"
