「My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! 」

「We had a very nice stay at Karen's place. Short walk to the beach, all the necesaary beach accessories were included and Karen was very reaponsive to all the inquiries we had! Fenced in backyard was nice to have but it wasn't as grassy as in some of the pics so just keep that in mind- it is Florida after all! You can still walk your doga through the neighborhood so no issuea there! Overall a very nice stay!」

「What a peaceful place! Close to all the action you could want, and far enough away when you don't. Not even rain could ruin this trip. A good book and the rain on the screened in porch, was my idea of heaven!!!」

「Super cute cottage. The kitchen was well equipped and open. The bedrooms were a good size and the bed was sooooo comfortable. There’s a small fenced area for the doggies. There is also a laundry room which came in handy when we got caught in a downpour. Short walk to the beach and Pizza and ice cream restaurant. 」

「As for family vacation, two adult and 7 years old daughter and our pet Labrador stayed about a week in December here. Beautiful beach and heated pool, decent size of house. It was fantastic vacation!! Highly recommended. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! The location is great. Just a short drive or walk to beach access away from the condos. Close to the dog beach and other local attractions. The home is super cute and the pool was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!」

「Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!」

「Everything was great about the stay and the house was very clean, fully stocked with all you need and more, and great communication. The beach chairs and umbrella and golf cart were a plus and the covered outdoor area with the pool was very relaxing. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Beds were all comfortable and the living room seating was great for watching tv after being in the sun all day. Can't wait to come back and stay soon!」

「Communication with Kara was great. The house has a great setup for a larger family. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. I would recommend this if you’re carrying chairs, beach bag and a cooler with you. It is walkable but tough with all the above. 」

「Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots.
