「The beds were very comfortable. The management was very responsive. The furnishings were run down. Sofa sagged to the floor. The living room didn’t have comfortable seating for 5. The dining chairs were not comfortable. It is on a steep hill. We were not aware that it was two apartments plus a bedroom down the hall The photos didn’t give a good indication of the actual apartment. But we did enjoy our time」

「this is a wonderful large home with 2 nice open-air patios, a large living room and dining room and nice kitchen. the location is a short walk to the Vatican or the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. Suggestion to the owner the primary bedroom bed is a very dense and hard foam bed (think of sleeping on a carpeted floor) provide a pillow topper for those of us who like/need softer mattress.」

「Fabulous location within walking distance of all the basics and to Trastevere/Vatican City. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 and kitchens capable of simple meals. Host (Daniela) was very accomodating and accessible. A few things to note from our stay: we were unable to get the drying function of the combined washer/dryer to work. It was chilly some nights and we could have used extra blankets. Some of the umbrellas/awnings/outdoor furniture needs replacement (normal wear & tear). Limited indoor...
