「We have had very a bad experience at this home in Rome. I have never had such bad experience and this had spoiled our otherwise good vacation. 1. 「Where do I start…. First this property is on a street that is on a very steep and narrow hill that most taxis/ubers will not come down. My grandmother had mobility issues and it made for a HARD 3 days. Cleaning ladies were laying on the furniture at check in with trash and laundry all over. Front bedroom toilet had poop all over it. 「this is a wonderful large home with 2 nice open-air patios, a large living room and dining room and nice kitchen. the location is a short walk to the Vatican or the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. Suggestion to the owner the primary bedroom bed is a very dense and hard foam bed (think of sleeping on a carpeted floor) provide a pillow topper for those of us who like/need softer mattress.」
