"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and the University is just a short drive away. The furniture and the beds are comfortable, and the front porch is a great place to sit and read. The kitchen is small, but it was fine for us; we didn't do much cooking, and it is certainly well equipped. The house was perfect for the two of us, and it's a terrific value for the price. "

"Four of us came to Tucson for a golf trip. I booked Nichole's place because it looked nice in the photos and seemed centrally located for the golf courses we were going to play. We had an earlier flight and ended up getting to the house at 10:00 am. Nichole was great about letting us have access at that point. I knew we had a noon tee-time and originally I had asked if we could leave our luggage at the house while we were golfing. Nichole said no problem leaving it their while the cleaners were there or no problem if there wasn't renters the night before and thus, no cleaners. Anyway, we arrived and we found a closed gate and while wondering how we were going to get in, I exited the van and just pushed it open. Problem solved! The house was clean and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt totally safe. There's an Albertson's about 4 blocks away so it was easy to load up on snacks and drinks. There's great food options within 10 minutes in either direction. My friends agreed it was a great choice and if we ever come back to Tucson we'll be contacting Nichole. Enjoy!"

"This is a beautiful, well-equipped, quiet guest house. It is a bit difficult to find, but the host provides a useful Google search tool. Very convenient to Banner North hospital complex."
