「The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot.」

「Great overall. The pool could be a little cleaner. But the staff were great and food was great and the weather and views were amazing. Even though it is old property, everything was clean.」

「Parking was available across the road, the room was elegantly designed and the whiskeys at the attached bar, top notch. 」

「Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. 」

「口コミが良かったので、料金は通常の2倍となっていたが、ツーソンで少しでも素敵なホテルに宿泊しようと予約したが、先ず、ロビーのカウンターも洗面台の高さも非常に高くて、身長が150センチ以上ないと、洗顔もし難いし、鏡もしっかり見えない状態だった！また、施設を掃除しているスタッフの人達はフレンドリーだったが、ロビーのスタッフは上から目線で最初から期待を裏切られたような気分になった！ 朝食も口コミから期待していたが、バッフェの種類が少なかったし、ベーコンは焼き過ぎで固くなっており、油をしっかり切ってないので、油まみれで、これでも高級レストランの朝食かと情けなくなった。ただ、ただ、残念！」
