"Much quieter than I expected (a good thing!!). Very busy with a lot of foreign travelers who have a different view on appropriate social norms (such as not moving out of the way of someone with large bags or who are carrying items, and a few nutty parents who thought it was funny for their screaming children to run up and down the halls, but otherwise a very good deal for the price. Breakfast was typically 'meh' for someone who is GF, but hot water is always available. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and the Tucson Mall right across the main street (Oracle), Sizeable room, comfy bed."

"The floor was filthy. Obviously never cleaned. My white socks dirtied instantly. The faucet leaked, told the front desk, they came to the room looked and said they'd fix it after we left in 4 days. Looked like it was a great property before the let it get dirty and run down. Mirrors were dirty. TV remote didnt work so i had to go get batteries first then a new remote. No towels for the dirty pool, front desk was really super slow getting them out. Dont trust the photos online, that was clrarly years ago."

"The room seemed clean until we stumbled upon an empty can of alcohol beneath the bed where we had dropped our phone. The pool was dirty, I think the pumps were off or broken. There was dead flys floating in pool and debris. Pool towels are indeed hand sized towels so beware.Staff was nice and friendly, and breakfast was nice."

"Excellent space with plenty of room and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, but close to several shops and restaurants on Campbell. Very comfortable and surprisingly cool in the Tucson heat. Loved sitting out on the patio in the morning, sipping coffee, listening to the doves and watching the lizards scurry between the rocks. Liz was super nice and a great communicator."

"The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot."

"Upon arrival and attempting to check-in, the key was not in its assigned keybox and I was unable to get in contact with the owner. When I finally got into the space, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I used aerosolized air fresheners to remove the smell. Initial inspection of the apartment revealed a number of small cockroach like insects. A tenant/friend of the host placed some mats that were supposed to address this concern, but I continued seeing them throughout my stay, including a large one coiled in the shower two nights before my departure. Two nights later while showering, I overheard Tucson police attempting to detain a tenant in a nearby unit. Two nights after that, while unloading groceries from my car, I came out to see a racial slur etched into the dust on the back window of my car. Having parked in front of the security camera, I requested the host run the footage to determine who was responsible. It ended up being teenagers belonging to another tenant in the building. In the week leading up to check out, I began to notice small, 1mm like itchy bumps on my hand. Having had a previous experience with bedbugs, I am very familiar with suspicious presentations and began to look out for signs of an infestation. I slept in my vehicle the final evening of my stay because I was not going to be able to stay in the unit. Loaded my car up, went to work, and went back home from there. All parties involved should be ashamed. Truly an embarrassing show of business."

"Excellent stay. The home was as described and the photos were very accurate. Owners were in touch and saw to our needs and were very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room. The pool area and hot tub was where we spent a great deal of time and enjoyed it. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and hot water. Would recommend to anyone needing a home in the Tucson area."
