「The staff is amazing. I wish i remembered the girls name at the front desk to shout her out. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. I didn't see what was offered for breakfast but it looks like it's enough to hold you over for a little while. There is also 24 hour coffee, next-door, and across the street is a gas station with a little store and there are some restaurants around.I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!」

「We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Anthracite while in town for a wedding. From check in to check out all was smooth. The accommodations were well maintained and the location was convenient to both our Honesdale wedding and meeting up with family in Hawley. The breakfast was well executed with plenty of options. Coffee was served fresh by a waitstaff. If ever we're passing through, we'll be back.」

「They graciously accommodated by dog and we were able to stay in the barn. Super spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, made to order :) The staff were awesome!! I had a small medical emergency, and they were extremely supportive. Above and beyond :) Definitely coming again and bringing my family. 」

「Parking was easy. The room was very clean. Each room has it's own heating/cooling and it worked well (although quite loud). Everything in the room was very clean. It was a very small room but it was perfect for us since we just needed a place to sleep. It was very affordable and the staff were friendly. We felt safe there.
