"very flexible at the reception especially the blonde hair young gentleman helped me to check in smoothly. After 20 hour travel from Japan, it made so much difference to me. "My stay at Sandman Hotel in Dallas was truly wonderful. For travelers, great service, genuine hospitality, and cleanliness are what matter most—and this hotel delivered all three. During our two-night stay for the World Cup, my family and I faced language barriers and even a credit card issue, but the staff helped us with incredible patience and kindness. The room was spotless, and even the housekeeping staff greeted us with smiles every day. This was my first visit to Texas, and thanks to this hotel, I fell in love with Dallas. Thank you for making our trip so memorable"
