Lovely B&B

Good location, 20 minute walk to the main centre, bus stop directly outside the B&B. Lovely hosts who was very welcoming.

After initial confusion regarding whether we had paid upfront or not, we were able to check in slightly early. Room was comfortable with a very nice, powerful shower and air conditioning was good. Location was a little far out from the centre (15-20 min walk) but would probably be fine out of peak season with such high temperatures. Breakfast was fine, some mini croissants with your choice of topping and cereals / bread.

Perfect way to feel at home in Florence

This is such a great place - the people here are lovely and will help you with whatever you need. It's in a great location, with the centre of Florence easily walkable, as is the Piazza Michaelangelo and the various restaurants on the south bank. I'll be back the next time I'm in Florence!

I really nice stay at a small and cosy place. It is a pretty long walk from the city centre and central station but we like walking so it was ok.

The property is beautiful with riverfront views! The overall experience was excellent!!! Our host gave directions, recommended tours and prepared wonderful crossaints & cappuccinos for us! The suite was nice even though the shower was very small. Also, it would be nice to have a lift to manage heavy luggage. I would definitely recommend this charming B&B for couples!

l'hôtel est situé à 10 mn à pied du centre de Florence. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. L'accueil est fait par une personne très gentille et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est correct

A lovely BnB , a bit out of town but still within reach of the sights. Very nice and a lovely breakfast also. Well worth every cent. We had a lovely time.

Great place to say

Friendly staff, accommodating and clean place. Nothing fancy but good size room for a European B&B. Walking distance from the center.

Not for me

A little out of the way. About a 25 minute walk to main tourist area although on a bus line and right next to a taxi stand . But it seemed difficult to get a bus home at night (from train station which was about a 45 minute walk). After 12 hour excursions that was too long a walk especially later at night. When you walk into building on main floor there’s always a bad smell (similar to a dead animal). No lift 2sets of stairs to climb with luggage Very old building. Looks tired. Could use a lot of updating. Very small shower and bathroom. No place to put your stuff in bathroom. 2 small drawers for clothing and closet to hang a few things. Breakfast didn’t start till 8 am which didn’t work for us as we had to be at excursions before 8 am however Neil the manager was very kind and accommodating. He put breakfast food in our room the night before so we could make sandwiches and fruit. He was very kind and helpful but I just didn’t like this place. Dark, needs a lot of updating and too far out of the way. Neil was a lovely man very accommodating

Sognando Firenze

Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was perfect (warm rolls right out of the oven). The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Florence but an easy 20 minute walk to Ponte Vechio or the Uffizi. The nearby Gattabuia ristorante pizzeria serves a great meal.

Quick stop in Florence

The hotel was conveniently located near bus stops and the plaza de Michelangelo. Breakfast was kindly prepared every morning and staff provided recommendations about the city!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at sognando Firenze. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful. It was about a half hour walk to all main attractions of Florence. Highly recommend!

Perfect B&B in Florence

This was a perfect place to be! They were soo exceptionally welcoming and allowed us to come and go as we pleased! The room and hotel were very clean and they let us come and go as we pleased! They took time to tell us which busses to take and where to go to find the best food!

What a great Bed and Breakfast place! Staff was super friendly and approachable. They even texted me the day before to coordinate the check in. The breakfast was good and was always on time. Room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again!
