This spacious and bright apartment is located in an elegant building in the heart of Florence. 
It consists of:
- a single bedroom
- two double bedrooms (one with private bathroom with shower)
- two shared bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub 
- kitchen equipped with appliances, accessories and utensils
- bright living room area with sofas and dining table
The living area has a suggestive frescoed ceiling.

The uniqueness of this location is the exclusive private garden (with outdoor furniture) which is accessible from the bedrooms and the living room. 
Ideal for spending a relaxing day in the sun and enjoying an outdoor lunch.

This apartament can accomodate up to 5 guests, is suitable for couples who want privacy, but also for families and groups of friends.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

wir wollten 2 Wochen bleiben und sind früher abgereist. Kakalaken in der Wohnung und die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realittät.

Expensive cockroaches in Florence

The stay was one of the worst we have experienced in decades of traveling. With the additional city tax of 5.5 Euros per person per night the already expensive nightly cost which was far above what was shown on the Vrbo site initially, we felt ripped off. It was my fault that I did not look at the receipt I got from Vrbo carefully to compare the advertised cost compared to the cost that was to be charged. When we contacted Vrbo to ask about the breakdown ( what was the cleaning cost?) Vrbo said we had to get that information from the host. So we contacted the host and they refused to tell us! Worst of all the place was dirty. The place must have been grand at some point but now the bathrooms had lots of mold in the edges and cracks.I think the foyer area may have been an outdoor area and its floor was constructed with outdoor pebbles that stuck up from the concrete with dirt in between. Then we found lots of cockroaches running around at night - on both nights! It felt like we were endangering ourselves but we felt stuck. The doors that lead into the garden were pretty but flimsy and we could not bolt one of the shutters so we felt in danger of unwanted people coming in. The garden smelled lovely compared to the moldy smell of the apartment but there were too many mosquitoes. There was a lack of good ventilation. We did appreciate the person who met us and that they let us drop of our bags.

Great for a family

We loved this apartment, especially because each of our 2 kids got their own bedroom and there were 3 bathrooms! We also loved the garden out back to sit and relax in after a long day of sightseeing.
