What an incredible gem in the very heart of Florence. The staff is passionate about service, attention to detail, and effortlessly delivering personalized service. The interiors are impeccable, with refined attention to esthetic, practicality, and sense of being. The Breakfast experience is well worth the investment, delivering both on quality and ambiance. This is the kind of hotel in which once can never be enough, punctuated by a service level rarely seen this day and age.

Incredible location in central Florence. Located directly above the very first Gucci store in all of Italy it is surrounded by high end shops, museums, and a multitude of restaurants. It is only a short walk to every desirable destination. The rooms are beautiful, extremely comfortable, and clean. The staff are superb. Extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast was high quality and well worth it as an add on. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend the Isabella if you’re ever in Florence.

This is a nice hotel in a good location in Florence. Walking distance from most places we wanted to see. Very close walk to the river and to Ponte Vecchio. Also convenient to allow us to walk around the other side of the river. This hotel is very close to all the shopping and a close walk to the main piazza. Hotel is walkable from the train station with luggage - about 10mins. We did not try the breakfast here. Airconditioning was ok - did the job. Note that there are stairs to get up to the first level where there is a lift, however the staff are extremely helpful and will bring up your luggage for you on arrival (and departure). Rooms were clean.

We had a lovely stay. Great location. The staff was fantastic--every person we dealt with was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and kind. The shower was small and the water temperature was a bit difficult to control, but everything was clean and nice. It may be worth noting that we experienced quite a bit of street noise (revelers) each night, so don't plan to sleep with the windows open.
