We enjoyed our stay in the hotel - it was clean and close enough to get to the Duomo and museums. The room was air-conditioned (bonus) and the breakfast was simple but quite delicious. The building and facilities were a little on the older side but it offered my family a room to accommodate 4 people and it was positive experience overall.

The property is well located near the center of the city. It takes only 10 or 12 minutes to all the main attactions. The staffs are bilingual and super friendly and super nice. Very safe area where is located specially for families.

Friendly and clean but not comfortable

This hotel was alright. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable and it was a bit overpriced.

Fair for the price

Good location to several sites. Must carry luggage up a few flight of stairs. Staff friendly, but Housekeeping was terrible. Forgot to restock our room with soap and TP. Dusty ledges and tile that haven't been cleaned in a while. Room needs a good cleaning.

Weve been to paris,london,roma and this is the first time we got bigger room and we are happy about it.Euri and Juan has been a great help to us.Euri did help us to carry our luggages since the hotel doesnt have a lift.Best hotel in Europe so far.

Very helpful staff

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and I had a very comfortable room. I found the situation of the hotel very suitable for me. On the negative side the hotel is on the second floor but this involves 54 steps. The hotel is modest and probably could do with some refurbishment.

I loved Mararita’s customer service.Always willing to help and very pleasant. The hotel needs to update the bathroom too small and falling apart. Besides that the location and breakfast was good. I’ll use this hotel again if the faculty gets an update.

Very nice place for the value. The property needs a bit of upkeep. There was a plumbing issue which was sorted out during my stay. The host Margarita was excellent. Most helpful and friendly with good advice. Older people or those with heavy luggage may not book because they may have to walk up 2/3 flights of stairs to get to the hotel reception and rooms.

Modest, Clean, Friendly

Highly personable and friendly staff! Rooms are clean though modest. It is on the third floor of a building that houses another hotel on the ground floor. The courtyard is only accessible to the other hotel. Great little breakfast. There is a city tax of 4.5 Euros per person per night, payable only in cash, which surprised us, but is apparently standard. It was the only time we needed cash on our trip.
