For an inexpensive hotel at the Center of Florence I was great. Rooms are humble, modestly decorated but clean roomy and safe. Don’t expect a US style Hilton or Marriott and you will not be unhappy.

Excellent location and room was clean and dust free. It was somewhat quiet except you could hear the street sweepers in the morning and be woken at 7 am from the church bell. This was book for us as we had tours anyway. Staff was very acct.

we had stayed here a week before. with all the prople coming and going we were amazed that the lady at the front desk remembered us!?! It shows that people care about what they do. very kind and appreciative and made our stay personal... not the same as staying at a big hotel chain.

The location is amazing! It is right in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from the beautiful Duomo. We could easily walk to all the things we wanted to see. On the first day, they gave us free water, wine and chips. That was very nice!

We enjoyed our stay here! Because our trip to Florence was short, we picked this based on cleanliness and location. It was both clean and so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room did the trick! If I stayed longer I would have chosen a room with more bells and whistles, but we didn’t need that, and had a nice stay. I recommend this hotel for a nice simple stay!

It’s amazing to see the hotel near the duomo and pick-up site for tours. It’s a perfect location, and walking to the hotel from the train station was with ease. If I’m back in Firenze, I’d definitely check in this hotel. Thank you for making the hotel accessible to us and for being accommodating.
