Exactly what we needed for the night. Short distance from the train station, clean, and quiet. The AC worked well, but the room was not cool enough for us. Staff was very helpful and spoke english and spanish.

Great location near the train station. No elevator unfortunately. Over all, fine to put your head down at the end of the day. Nothing fancy but clean and safe.

This place was not what I expected not clean enough for me. The place had a smell to it. One thing very close to station. The guy at the place that said he was just a worker was excellent trying his best to refund our money and gave us good advice.

Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel, but unfortunately, I had an issue with communication. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp in advance to ask if they could store my luggage after check-out, but I received a response too late. As a result, I had to arrange and pay for luggage storage elsewhere, which cost me around 50 euros. I believe the hotel could improve its response time on WhatsApp, especially when guests need assistance with arrangements related to check-out. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback, as a timely response could have helped me avoid this additional expense.
