Luisa is very nice and she made us feel at home. The place is very cozy and the check in was easy. The place is also very close to the basilica and train station. It's clean and the room is cleaned everyday! The breakfast is excellent!!! Five stars!

I really liked being in B&B Duomo. The room was as expected spacious and clean with Duomo view. The place is perfectly situated you can do everything by walk. Nice welcome and nice people working there.

Incredible location!

The location of this B&B alone was worth it! We received vouchers for free breakfast at 2 cafes nearby — everything we wanted to see while in Florence was in an easy walking distance to the hotel.

Great location!

Our stay in room 6 gave us a wonderful view of the Duomo. The breakfast was done through the cafe downstairs and was enjoyable. Great location to walk to everything. Luisa was very kind and a great host. Highly recommend!

The best location!!

This place was perfect. The location is incredible and offers the ability to walk Florence and and experience all the sights and attractions. Luisa was always ready to help if necessary and was very flexible in helping us arrive, check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We don’t know when we’re coming back to Florence, but we know we will be staying here!!

Charming Delight

Our stay at B&B Piazza del Duomo was wonderful! Luisa was so helpful! The room was comfortable and clean! The B&B is a close walk to just about everything you could possibly want to see while in Florence!

I loved this property and would definitely stay here again! Everything you needed to see/do was within walking distance, and there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The Duomo is steps away, and Ponte and Palazzo Vecchio were a 15 minute walk away. I was staying with a friend, and as two young girls we felt completely safe!

We had a chance to have a spectacular view of the Basilica del Duomo.Very well located in the historic centre of Florence, this little gem was very cleaned and well maintained. Luisa, the homeowner, is a sweet lady and she welcomed you as a member of her family.

Horrible I will be requesting a refund. There was no lift we had to go up 4 flights of stairs with 3 50 lb luggages they only notified us of this within 24 before. The shower was so dirty and we booked the double bed room but they gave us the full bed room. Also no court yard view just the interior building the bed was also very uncomfortable and not clean the ac didn’t work and neither did WiFi for 24/48 hours

Was referred to this B&B by a very close friend of mine and it did not disappoint! Great view of the Cathedral and people watching. Bright lights did shine a little through my window but I was still able to sleep like a champ!

The location is across the street and a few building from the Piazza Duomo. It was convenient to most sites in Florence. There were excellent dining locations close by. The location was clean and the staff was attentive. Our questions were quickly and honestly answered. Clearly stated by the staff is the lack of an elevator. Rooms are 3 floors up. This could be challenging for those unable to walk up and down the stairs. Enjoy

Nice place in a fabulous location. There were 2 things that bothered me. First the shower was very small. I’m six foot and 200 lbs so I was squeezed in. Secondly it was loud, I guess that is what you get for the prime location. Finally mosquitoes eat us alive in our room.

Right beside the Duomo!

I chose this B&B because of its proximity to the Duomo and it didn’t disappoint in that respect. Sadly, not all rooms have a view of the Duomo so be careful which room you book if this is important to you. Prior communication and check-in was excellent considering reception was unstaffed when I arrived. My room was clean and comfortable with fresh decor. The bathroom, although not en-suite, was next door and also spotless. The tea/coffee making facilities were great, there was a fridge and safe. The high point was the breakfast. I was given a voucher each day and breakfast could be taken at either of two neighbouring cafes. One of them was in Piazza del Duomo, what a treat! Both did delicious breakfasts.

Fantastic central property...with a gorgeous uninterrupted view of the Duomo to one side of the window. Great to step outside onto the street and be so close to everything. Lovely owner, Luisa. Friendly and helpful. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe and looked after. Would recommend!
