"Checkin was at 3. Got there at 3:30. Room was not ready and no ETA when it would be. The lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms. Not enough help at front desk. At one point there were 10 people in line. Better pool hours would be nice for the early risers. No towels at the pool. No bedding for the sofa bed. If the room is booked for 6 people, there should be 6 bath towels in the bathroom."

"Checking in had a little hiccup due to the pin pad. WiFi was nonexistent and was a little disappointing in the evening when we returned and weren’t able to communicate.
