「My kids are very young and the best thing for them to do in Miami was hang out at this property. They loved running around the backyard, swimming in the pool and watching their own tv. 「マリオット系だけあって、清潔で綺麗でした。 ただアメニティなどの料金を別に取られる割には備え付けのシャンプー兼ボディーソープ、コンディショナーだけで、歯ブラシもありません。 ステータスの提示をしようとしても番号を読み上げろと言われ、確認すらしてませんでした。 おまけにWi-Fiが繋がらないと話したところ、何も確認せずに繋がらないのは端末のせい、後で技術者を部屋に向かわせると言いながら、結局放ったらかし。 アメリカのマリオット系では、あまりいいサービスを受けた記憶がないです。 東南アジアのほうが余程ホスピタリティがあって、気分よく宿泊できます。」
